The Junior Salesman is responsible for supporting day-to-day customer communication, quote preparation, order entry, and internal coordination for Fan Equipment Co., Inc. This position serves as the front-line support role for customers while assisting the President/CEO with sales operations and workflow management. This role is intended to support company growth by reducing administrative and quoting workload from executive leadership while maintaining high levels of customer responsiveness and organization. The Junior Salesman will work directly under the President/CEO and coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Accounting, and Operations departments to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately and efficiently. This role is heavily focused on: Customer communication Quote preparation CRM/ERP management Order processing Internal coordination Qualifications High school diploma required; technical or business degree preferred Previous experience in: Manufacturing sales Customer service Inside sales Industrial equipment support Strong computer skills and ability to learn: ERP systems CRM software AI-assisted tools Ability to read and understand: Technical specifications Basic engineering drawings Manufacturing terminology Industrial fan or heavy manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required. Pay:
