If you would like to help us continue to be the best in the industry, this is your place. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our sales and marketing team as a Pre-Need Coordinator. The Pre-Need Coordinator helps families prearrange and prefund end-of-life services through a Pre-Need Trust. Our Coordinators provide an extremely valuable and essential service to families while they prepare and plan for future loss. General Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in completing Pre-Need Funeral Arrangements Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability to speak in a professional setting highly desirable and preferred for this position Demonstrate service and product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers Communicate clearly, effectively and professionally with clients Represent La Paloma Funeral Services at events and functions where Pre-Need Services are marketed Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship development skills Ability to effectively close pre-set, qualified appointments Accurately track and report on sales activities with precision Timely follow-up with customers, nurturing relationships for referrals and repeat business Excellent lead generation and networking abilities Execution of successful sales and marketing strategies In-home/office consumer sales presentations Travel to appointments with interested consumers and group presentations within the local market Participate in marketing efforts related to Pre-Need and Funeral Services to the public License with NV Division of Insurance as a Funeral Seller necessary, but licensure will be obtained through and paid by Company; sales are generated through Pre-Need Trust Funeral Arranger/Director license not necessary at time of hire, but may be desirable

Requirements/Desires :

Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable and preferred for this position Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively, efficiently, and honestly without constant supervision; self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of the funeral industry is desirable, but not necessary Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Ability to drive to and from appointments with own reliable transportation and with a clean driving record We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our family of companies.
