Riley Plumbing HeatingAir is expanding and seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team. For over two decades, we've supported homeowners throughout the Carson Valley and surrounding areas with dependable plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. As a locally owned company, we take pride in offering stable, year-round work and creating real career paths for our team members.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend HVAC and plumbing system solutions. You'll walk customers through replacement and upgrade options, explain system designs, and help them make informed decisions that improve their home comfort. This is a consultative, in-home sales position focused on problem-solving-not high-pressure selling.Schedule Expectations:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as neededEarnings:
$150,000-$200,000 annual target income Compensation structure includes base pay plus commissionWhat We Offer:
