The Sales Success Manager is responsible for interacting with and supporting all sales resources within the Northern Nevada market, which includes the Reno/Sparks metro area. This position manages resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals within their market. This role is responsible for Medicare Advantage growth in Northern Nevada, developing and implementing external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Prominence National Sales Growth Leader, and local Sales Director.Benefit Highlights:

Possess an active health/life insurance license (or able to obtain within 60 days of hire date) 2 + years of Sales/business development experience, creating strategy and developing a market, and/or conducting sales presentations or trainings Medicare experience is not required. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Travel up to 90% of time within this sales market area Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English) Excellent computer skills, including solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
