We're looking for an enthusiastic BDC / Internet Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, connects easily with people, and can turn internet leads into real-world relationships.
What You'll Do:
Respond to internet inquiries and inbound calls quickly and professionally Schedule showroom appointments and follow up with potential buyers Provide world-class customer service that reflects the Harley-Davidson experience Manage CRM leads and communication logs accurately Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs Represent the Spitzie's brand with energy, positivity, and professionalism This is Full-Time with weekends required during riding season
