$60,000 - $100,000+ per year (Uncapped) Are you a natural closer who thrives on high-ticket commissions? We are a premier landscaping and tree service provider in the Albany area. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to convert high-quality inbound leads into signed contracts. Our marketing team provides the leads, while you provide the expertise and close the deal.
What You'll Do Manage Inbound Leads:
Own and follow up on warm, pre-qualified inbound leads with no cold calling required.
Conduct On-Site Consultations:
Travel to residential and commercial properties to assess tree care and landscaping needs.
Present Strategic Solutions:
Recommend high-value outdoor services and present professional quotes with the full support of our operations team. Close the
Deal:
Overcome objections, build genuine trust, and secure signed agreements on-site.
Manage Client Relationships:
Act as the face of the company from the initial consultation to the final sale.
What We're Looking For Proven Closing Track Record:
A demonstrated ability to ask for the sale, handle objections, and consistently hit targets.
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in landscaping, tree removal, construction, or home improvement is highly advantageous but optional.
Local Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Capital Region and its seasonal outdoor service needs.
Professionalism:
