Rolling Green Cannabis is looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our business throughout New York's Greater Capital Region and Hudson Valley. About Us Rolling Green Cannabis is a New York-grown cannabis company built by experienced cultivators with over 30 years of combined experience in controlled-environment agriculture. We produce premium flower using a state-of-the-art mixed-light greenhouse, climate-controlled processing facilities, and meticulous hand-trimming practices.
Our mission is simple:
grow exceptional cannabis while building lasting relationships with dispensary partners across New York. Position Overview Rolling Green Cannabis is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and expand our presence throughout the Greater Capital Region and Hudson Valley. This role is responsible for developing new dispensary relationships, growing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted business partner to licensed cannabis retailers. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping retailers grow their business through premium cannabis products. Territory Albany Schenectady Troy Saratoga Springs Hudson Kingston Poughkeepsie Newburgh Middletown Surrounding Greater Capital Region and Hudson Valley markets Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with licensed cannabis dispensaries throughout the territory. Identify and secure new retail partnerships. Conduct regular in-person dispensary visits and account reviews. Present new products, promotions, and merchandising opportunities. Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities. Train budtenders and retail staff on Rolling Green products and brand positioning. Execute vendor days and in-store promotional events. Maintain CRM records and account activity reports. Monitor competitive activity and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support. Qualifications Previous outside sales experience required. Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable presenting to buyers, store managers, and ownership groups. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
