If you are a driven, detail-oriented sales professional who thrives on building relationship-based pipelines and seeing high-end design projects come to life, we want you on our team. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and articulate Sales Representative based out of our Ardsley, NY facility . This is a dynamic role that blends collaborative, in-person teamwork at our headquarters with essential technical experience. You will manage the full sales cycle—from generating quotes to closing the deal and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue:
Actively prospect, follow up on inbound leads, and close sales.
Site Visits:
Occasional travel will be required (residential and commercial) to conduct site evaluations and meet with clients/architects.
Technical Product Presentation:
Learn our systems inside and out to confidently recommend the best engineered shading solutions for complex architectural spaces.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local interior designers, high-end builders, and architects.
Collaborate In-Person:
Work closely with our internal engineering and production teams at our Ardsley facility to ensure project specifications are flawless before fabrication.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years of successful sales experience (experience in luxury home goods, architectural products, construction materials, or interior design is a major plus).
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local travel and site visits.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and spatial visualization skills. The ability to read basic blueprints or architectural drawings is highly valued but not required.
Attributes:
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a high-end, custom-product market.
Presence:
Ability to work daily from our Ardsley, NY facility.
What We Offer Base Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience).
