INFINITI
City of Queens is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer focused, organized, and comfortable handling high volumes of inbound and outbound communication. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but strong customer service and sales experience will also be considered. The BDC Representative plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and delivering a first class customer experience that reflects the

brand. Responsibilities Handle all incoming sales and service calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email regarding inquiries, unsold showroom visits, missed appointments, and prior customers Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Work closely with management and sales staff to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities Respond to internet leads within dealership standards and manufacturer guidelines Conduct outbound prospecting and customer retention calls Assist with customer satisfaction and reputation management initiatives Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Qualifications Excellent phone and communication skills Strong computer and CRM skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Dealership experience preferred INFINITI, Nissan, or luxury brand experience a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive pay structure Bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and sick time Opportunities for advancement Supportive and professional work environment
