Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in Window Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by actively engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your technical knowledge of windows and building materials, will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Duties Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on window options, features, and benefits. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales growth and market penetration. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors' offerings, and technological advancements in window products. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industries preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account development independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Knowledge of retail sales processes and customer service principles is a plus. Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for upselling and product demos that resonate with clients' needs. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management and achieving sales targets. Pay:
$90,941.92 - $200,360.16 per year
