Job Description
Lead:
Respond to all inbound leads within 10 minutes. This is a non-negotiable SLA and a core performance metric for this role. What We're Looking For 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota. Experience selling SaaS, point-of-sale, payments, or technology to SMBs. Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments. A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly. Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline. Resilient, coachable, and genuinely motivated by targets and team wins. Strong Advantage Background in or genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry, whether as a professional, client, or seller. Experience with marketplace platforms, booking software, or payment technology.Familiarity with inside sales tools:
Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. Experience qualifying and handing off enterprise or high-value deals to senior account executives. Who You Are You're competitive. This inside sales function is being built from the ground up off the back of a successful pilot, and you'll be one of the first hires shaping how it runs.
