Entry Level Sales Lead Generator

Oaks Roofing & Siding is hiring motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales and learn the home improvement and construction industry. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, uncapped earning potential, and clear paths for advancement into Sales, Estimating, and Management roles. No prior sales experience is required — we're looking for motivated , outgoing individuals who want to grow professionally and develop valuable communication and leadership skills. Compensation includes:

Pay per booked appointment Additional bonuses for completed inspections Unlimited commission potential Successful team members typically earn between $45,000-$60,000+ annually, with higher earning potential through advancement opportunities.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

11:30 AM - 7:30

PM Friday:

11:30 AM - 6:00 PM Some Saturdays and travel may be required Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation is a plus Prior customer service, canvassing, or sales experience is helpful but not required About Oaks Oaks is a growing home improvement company serving communities across Upstate New York and the Northeast.
