  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Fiber Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our fiber optic solutions footprint through proactive outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. You will be traveling monthly on blitz across the country. Your enthusiasm for technology sales combined with strong management and customer service skills will drive growth in both B2B (business-to-business) and territory sales. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and territory management to deliver innovative fiber solutions to clients across diverse industries. Your proactive approach will help build lasting relationships, generate leads, and upsell products effectively. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, support, and tailored fiber solutions Develop strategic business plans to expand market share through targeted lead generation and prospecting efforts Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase fiber optic solutions' benefits and features Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate inbound inquiries Perform territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-up communications, and customer outreach to maximize sales opportunities Provide ongoing account management support, upselling additional products or services as appropriate Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on fiber optic or telecommunications solutions Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations effectively Skilled in account management with a focus on building long-term customer relationships Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs Strong analysis skills for assessing market conditions, competitor activity, and sales performance Experience with inside sales techniques including cold calling and direct outreach methods Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to territory-specific campaigns and brand positioning Join us as a Fiber Sales Representative if you're passionate about technology solutions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make an impact through innovative sales strategies.
