Our industrial wire cloth division services the sand, recycling materials, abrasives, fertilizer production, powdered metals, pharmaceuticals and more. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Customer Service team at Buffalo Wire Works!

Job Description:

• Thorough and timely project coordination and management of requests by sales
• Assist in entering all orders and quotes into Navision (ERP) accurately within 24 hours
• Expedite and oversee rush orders for all customers
• Update Navision system with customer information, NCR updates, and RGA statuses
• Assist with the NCR reporting process
• Talk with customers by phone, in person, or by email and receive orders/quotes for products, answer product questions, and assist customers in solving problems
• Follow-up on all correspondence and inquiries from customers including quote follow-ups
• Address customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Return Authorizations (RGAs) entered in a timely manner and sent to Quality Manager for investigation
• Coordinate and track product from order entry to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations
• Advise on corrective actions for NCR process
• Assist in Corporate Bids and pricing lists
• Assist running Navision sales reports
• Assist or Attend daily production meetings representing customer service
• Assist with the Universal Traffic System (UTS) and work closely with inside and outside sales to track orders and shipments
• Assist in the management and coordination of our Project Management (Teamwork) system through tracking R D orders and feedback from Territory Managers
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management and recognize that priorities can and will shift quickly to adjust the demands of other departments for the overall benefit of the company

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
