Industry experience is not required! We'll teach you what you need to know. Our dedication to sustainability and creating a better world for tomorrow today drives our success.
Pay:
$30/hr. base pay Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.
Responsibilities:
Meeting our 30 sales a month quota Making 200 outbound cold calls with minimum 3 hours of talk time daily Accurate Record-keeping and follow up About you: Minimum 2 years of cold-calling experience. Undergraduate degree. The ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close. B2B experience is a plus. A can-do attitude. Making calls all day isn't for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it's important for us to be transparent about our gold standard. The ability to learn our industry and talking points. Excellent communication skills Organization skills Familiar with Microsoft Office Hours are in office 8am-5pm, daily.
