Join Bath Fitter's Event Marketing Team and help homeowners discover beautiful bathroom remodeling solutions at local events. We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated Lead Generators to represent our brand at local festivals, trade shows, home shows, and community events. In this role, you will engage with attendees, educate them on Bath Fitter's products and services, and generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations. Responsibilities Represent Bath Fitter professionally at malls, trade shows, home shows, and other local community events. Greet and engage event attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Educate potential customers about Bath Fitter's bathroom remodeling solutions. Identify qualified homeowners and collect accurate customer information. Generate high-quality leads and schedule in-home consultations. Ensure the Bath Fitter display is clean and organized at all times. Assist in booth setup and breakdown, as needed. Meet or exceed lead generation goals. Qualifications Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication skills Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds for event set‑up and tear‑down Able to work evenings and weekends Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Prior lead generation, sales, or brand ambassadorship experience is preferred.
