Commission-Based Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) Company Overview We are a growing exterior construction company specializing in roofing, gutters, siding, and exterior home improvement services. We are expanding our sales division and are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals who can close residential projects and grow their own income through performance. Position Summary We are hiring independent sales representatives (1099 contractors) to generate and close residential exterior construction projects. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. There is no hourly wage or salary. Your income is directly based on your performance and closed sales. Compensation Commission Only (1099 Independent Contractor) Uncapped earning potential Estimated earnings: $5,000 - $20,000+ per month (performance-based) Top performers may exceed this range Income is based strictly on closed deals Sales Expectations Expected to generate and close a minimum of approximately $20,000+ in monthly sales volume Conduct homeowner consultations and property assessments Present company services, pricing, and scope of work Manage your own schedule and pipeline Follow up with prospects to close deals Responsibilities Close residential roofing, gutter, siding, and exterior service contracts Conduct in-home or on-site sales consultations Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Track leads, appointments, and closed sales Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Qualifications Strong communication and closing ability Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable working strictly on commission Sales experience preferred (construction/home improvement a plus, but not required) Reliable transportation for local travel Willingness to learn and improve sales skills What We Offer High commission structure with no earning cap Flexible schedule (you control your time) Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company Training and support available for the right candidate Strong demand industry with consistent opportunities Important This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee or salaried role.
