Business Development Representative-Homecare Home Family Care Inc. - 3.3 Elmhurst, NY Job Details Full-time | Contract $54,534.14 - $65,675.52 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Teamwork HIPAA English Driver's License Full Job Description A Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Marketer to help expand referral partnerships, increase community presence, and promote home care services throughout the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, assisted living facilities, case managers, social workers, and community organizations to generate patient referrals and support agency growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, senior centers, and community organizations Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach to promote agency services and programs Identify new business opportunities and referral partnerships within the community Maintain consistent communication with referral sources to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, networking events, and industry meetings Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on agency services, admission processes, and eligibility requirements Collaborate with the intake and care coordination teams to ensure smooth referral processing and patient transitions Track referral activity, marketing efforts, and business development progress through reports and CRM systems Assist with developing marketing materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for agency growth Ensure compliance with all DOH regulations, HIPAA requirements, and agency policies Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care, business development, or sales preferred Knowledge of LHCSA/home care operations and referral processes strongly preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and outreach efforts Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/documentation systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
