Our warehouse and distribution team prides itself on fast service, strong vendor partnerships, and a reputation contractors trust. As we continue expanding, we're looking for additional Inside Sales/ Counter Sales pros to join our team! Position Overview This role will have a dual function. 1. Support internal sales efforts, contacting contractors and leads, while also 2. Interacting with on-site customers who enter the store. This role is fully on-site in Flushing, NY. Fluency in Chinese is a huge plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for HVAC, air conditioning, and HVAC accessories Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial clients Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales contracts Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on HVAC industry trends, products, and competitors Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems Qualifications Required 1-3 years of inside sales experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or HVAC accessory sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and accessories Existing network within the HVAC or construction industry Experience working with contractors and commercial clients
