Job Description

We've built a platform for schools and tutoring organizations. It's in market, we have customers, and the early feedback has been excellent. We're now hiring an SDR to be the tip of the spear — the person who finds the right prospects, opens the conversation, and books qualified meetings that turn into customers. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company. You'll own the top of the funnel: building target lists, running outreach across email, calls, and social, and getting decision-makers excited enough to take a meeting. Every meeting you book directly fuels our growth — and you're paid for it. It's also a real launchpad. The SDRs who learn this market and crush their numbers are exactly who we'll look to for closing and senior sales roles as we grow. What you'll do Research and build target lists of schools (public, private, parochial, charter), districts, tutoring companies, nonprofits, and summer programs Run high-volume, personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn Execute and refine outreach sequences, then follow up based on engagement Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team Keep the CRM clean and pipeline organized Share what's working (and what isn't) so we sharpen messaging fast What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience — some sales, SDR, or customer-facing work is a plus, but we'll train the right person who's hungry and coachable Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing "no" without losing momentum Organized and persistent — you follow up, then follow up again Strong written and verbal communication Self-motivated and resourceful, with a competitive streak You'll thrive here if you Are energized by hitting (and beating) activity and meeting targets Want to learn sales from the ground up at a company where your work clearly matters Care about education and improving outcomes for learners
