We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, networking, and relationship building. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers Prospect into insurance agencies, professional services firms, and other small-to-medium businesses Schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team Follow structured sales processes and proven sales scripts Manage activities and follow-up within our CRM Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns Attend industry networking events, trade shows, chamber of commerce meetings, and business functions representing Motiva Networks Build relationships with business owners, executives, and referral partners both in person and virtually Overcome objections professionally and confidently Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activities Consistently achieve daily and weekly activity goals What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Coachable and willing to learn Professional demeanor when speaking with executives and business owners Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications Previous appointment setting experience B2B sales experience Experience with CRM systems Experience in technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, insurance, or professional services sales Experience attending networking events or business development activities is a plus
Compensation Base Salary:
