Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IVIG Sales Representative with 10+ years experience to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with expertise in B2B (business-to-business) sales, account management, and technical product demonstrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote innovative immunoglobulin therapies, build lasting relationships with healthcare providers, and contribute to improved patient outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a proactive approach to outside sales strategies. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to expand the reach of IVIG products. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate medical professionals about the benefits and proper use of IVIG therapies. Manage existing accounts effectively while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare organizations to secure long-term partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet their clinical needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics to ensure seamless product delivery and support. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maximize growth potential. Lead educational sessions or seminars for healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and reinforce brand credibility. Qualifications Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a focus on B2B sales within the healthcare sector. Strong negotiation skills combined with effective account management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations confidently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional relationship building. Proficiency in analysis skills for market data interpretation and strategic planning. Knowledge of IVIG therapies or related immunology products is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentation purposes. Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a collaborative environment within the sales team. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
