Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working with a diverse inventory of high-quality vehicles. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives. Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales support records. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Maintain excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professional presentation during all customer interactions—whether in person or via phone. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Skilled in negotiation, public speaking, and persuasive communication to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used within dealership settings. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently while supporting outbound sales initiatives. Experience in dealership environments or retail math proficiency is preferred for accurate deal structuring and inventory control.
