Job Description

Company Overview Fast growing company looking for talented and competitive Customer Success Representatives who thrive in quick sales cycle environment. We are looking for a talented Customer Success Representative to help customers with questions and complaints, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Duties and Responsibilities Outbound and inbound sales account management Sales quoting Processing sales orders, establishing new accounts Processing RMA requests from accounts Interdepartmental sales order coordination Assist field sales representatives as needed Manage equipment adjustments and change orders, issue return authorizations, supply order status updates Daily CRM updating Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales representatives for further development and closure Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Skills and Specifications Must be able to work in fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills; understanding customer needs and requirements Good organization skills and be able to multi-task responsibilities with shifting priorities Detail oriented for proper handling of job responsibilities Exceptional response and follow-up skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have proficient level of computer skills Proactive, eager to grow with company Qualifications 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiar with social media interaction Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Highly self-motivated
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
