Client Advisor

Habberstad BMW is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our growing sales team. If you are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment, we would love to hear from you. •2 years of automtoive sale experience required•

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance Conduct test drives and explain financing and leasing options Follow up with leads, phone calls, and internet inquiries Maintain knowledge of BMW products, services, and current promotions Work collaboratively with management and the sales team to achieve monthly goals Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire sales process

Qualifications:

Automotive sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
