What You're Walking Into Qualified appointments per day Average job size: $12K-$20K+ Strong marketing pipeline with consistent lead flow CRM system (HubSpot) with structured follow-up process Daily sales training and leadership support Realistic first-year earnings: $80K-$120K+ Top performers: $120K+ This role is best suited for someone who can both close company provided opportunities and proactively generate their own pipeline . This role services Long Island homeowners and requires local travel between appointments. What You'll Be Responsible For Close pre-set, qualified appointments by building trust and guiding homeowners to the right solution Deliver professional in-home consultations with strong communication and presence Present roofing solutions clearly so homeowners can make confident decisions Maintain strong product and process knowledge to handle objections effectively Provide consistent follow-up and communication from start to finish Accurately track all activity in HubSpot (notes, follow-ups, outcomes) Handle post-sale communication to protect the customer experience Participate in daily training and team meetings Consistently meet or exceed sales targets What Makes You a Fit Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Strong listener who uncovers real homeowner needs Handles objections without losing control of the conversation Adapts easily to different personalities and environments Organized and consistent with follow-up Manages a full schedule without falling behind Represents the company professionally at all times Coachable and committed to improving performance This Is NOT for You You need constant supervision or micromanagement You are uncomfortable working in a performance-based sales role You struggle with face-to-face sales conversations You are not willing to be held accountable to results Experience & Requirements Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred) Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face presentations Ability to manage appointments, follow up, and close deals Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Willingness to learn roofing systems and company processes Preferred but not required: Roofing, home improvement, solar, or real estate sales experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Compensation & Growth $52,000 base salary + uncapped commission First-year average: $80K-$120K Top performers: $120K+ Performance-based income with no cap Clear growth path within a fast-growing company This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential for those who execute consistently.
