With over 40,000 sq ft of fabrication space across Brooklyn and Los Angeles, our multidisciplinary team of industry experts is equipped to make any sized vision a reality.
Essential Responsibilities:
Proposal & Client Management Assist in managing multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met. Support the primary contact for key clients to ensure timely responses and that client needs are fully met. Coordinate with internal teams as concepts, budgets, and associated visuals are developed and refined. Assist in addressing client questions related to projects throughout the proposal process. Vendor & Budget Coordination Secure proposals and estimates from partners and vendors. Contribute to the development of timelines, staffing plans, and budgets for proposals. Maintain a clear understanding of proposal objectives and ensure deliverables align with expectations. Database & Reporting Maintain a shared database of existing and prospective production vendors and partners. Keep detailed records of all client opportunities and ensure the prospective client database is up to date. Support the tracking and reporting of business development metrics, including lead generation, proposal success rates, and revenue forecasting. Market Research & Preparation Helped organize and prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, and trade shows. Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and markets to support business growth efforts.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative agency, production studio, or client services environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms
Preferred:
Experience in a support role at a design/build shop or within a creative agency. Familiarity with the fabrication and experiential marketing landscape. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain industry partnerships. Interest in business development, sales, and strategic growth initiatives. Proficiency in AI platforms
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
