We're a financial services firm that's been operating for 15 years and we're looking to add a few reps to our team. No experience in finance? No problem. We'll train you from scratch. What we can't teach is work ethic and the ability to pick up a phone and talk to people all day — you need to bring that yourself. Our top first-year reps have cleared $100K. Experienced reps on our floor are making $200K-$600K. Earnings are posted monthly so there's zero guessing — you'll see exactly what's possible. You'll be trained directly by our top producer — 5 years running at number one in the firm. What we're looking for: Someone who's comfortable on the phone for hours at a time Strong people skills and a natural ability to negotiate A competitive personality who wants to win
