Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team and drive growth initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams on project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements to ensure seamless execution. Maintain detailed records of all business development activities, client communications, and market insights. Experience Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a focus on strategic planning and client engagement. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques for lead generation. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively. Experience in project management to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools to foster long-term partnerships. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies for growth.
