Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Overview We are a growing window manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative who can manage customer communication, prepare accurate estimates, and process orders from start to finish. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret specifications, and confidence working with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Answer emails and incoming calls from customers, contractors, and dealers Prepare accurate estimates and quotations based on specifications and drawings Enter and process orders with a high level of accuracy Coordinate with production and schedule shipping to meet customer delivery requirements Provide order status updates and resolve customer issues promptly Requirements Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, estimating, or order processing Experience in windows, doors, or building materials very helpful Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Prior use of Microsoft Excel , Outlook and Quickbooks Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills

From $21.00 per hour
