BMW Genius / Client Advisor Trainee

BMW Genius / Client Advisor Trainee - BMW of Manhasset BMW of Manhasset is looking for a motivated, energetic, and technology-driven individual to join our team as a BMW Genius with the opportunity to grow into a BMW Client Advisor (Sales Consultant) role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for automotive technology, and is looking to build a long-term career in luxury automotive sales. As a BMW Genius, you will assist clients with learning the features and technology in their new BMW while gaining valuable experience working alongside our sales team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales position as they develop product knowledge, communication skills, and dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in learning BMW technology and vehicle features Conduct vehicle deliveries and explain BMW systems and functions Help customers setup Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, ConnectedDrive, driver profiles, and mobile apps Support the sales team with product demonstrations and showroom assistance Learn BMW product knowledge, sales processes, and dealership operations Deliver a first-class customer experience before and after the sale

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable with technology and mobile devices Motivated to grow into a sales career Self-driven and eager to learn Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
