About Silchuk Logistics Silchuk Logistics is an asset-based brokerage offering comprehensive logistics solutions to US shippers and receivers across multiple industries. We operate a fleet of 250 semi-trucks, while providing brokerage solutions designed to help businesses operate more efficiently and deliver products from manufacturers to their customers seamlessly. Position Overview Silchuk Logistics is seeking a motivated and sales-minded Customer Success & Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you already have experience in customer service and are interested in launching a career in sales with mentorship from experienced professionals, this is your opportunity to learn, develop, and advance within our company. You will report directly to our Sales Manager, supporting day-to-day customer service operations while gaining hands-on experience in entry-level sales. This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a sales leader within our organization. Key Responsibilities Manage current customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to drive account growth Identify, resolve, and follow up on customer issues and concerns Generate shipment quotes for customers and coordinate shipment setup Manage multiple tasks simultaneously using CRM systems and standard business software Assist Sales Manager with new account development, including prospecting and prospect outreach (after training) Build and maintain prospect profiles within our CRM system Support sales initiatives and contribute to team revenue goal Required Qualifications High school diploma minimum Previous customer service or call center experience High-quality written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with database, spreadsheet (Excel), and word processing (Word) software Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable and punctual Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing environments Team player who respects diverse perspectives and backgrounds Sales-minded with willingness to learn and grow your skill set Preferred Qualifications Some college education preferred but not required Logistics or transportation industry experience Experience with CRM software Some sales experience preferred but not required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
