Job Description
Pay:
$50,000 to $60,000 base pay per year + commission on successful jobs. Company Overview G.A. We are looking to add another dedicated Customer Care Advisor to our team at G.A. Bove Fuels. In this role, you will be essential in surveying customer work sites and advising customers on how we can best meet their heating and cooling needs. This is a full-time role. During our busy season (in the winter), there may be some need for limited overtime based on customer needs.Responsibilities:
- Cultivate sales leads and follow up on referrals
- Develop a site survey and create a mechanical sales proposal for customers
- Aid customers in understanding our proposal and ensure the proposal meets their HVAC needs
- Follow up with customer upon the completion of the job and assist customer with any warranty registrations
