Job Description:

Next Level Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Generate new gym memberships through phone calls, walk-ins, and community outreach
• Conduct gym tours and present membership options
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Build relationships with members and provide excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment
• Assist with front desk operations when needed

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (fitness industry a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making calls and following up with leads
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends
