Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized support. Manage customer accounts using CRM tools like Hubspot to track interactions, issues, and opportunities. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients. Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Assist customers in resolving product issues promptly, providing clear guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Analyze customer data to identify trends, potential risks, or areas for improvement in service delivery. Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely implementation of new products or services aligned with customer goals. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, or customer success roles. Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on customer relationship management and upselling strategies. Analytical skills to interpret data insights and develop actionable plans for client retention and growth.
