SALES COORDINATOR ROLE EXPECTATIONS REPORTS TO
Lead, and Store Manager

ROLE PURPOSE
The Store Specialist is the foundation of daily operations at Clean Market. Specialists are hands-on team members responsible for keeping the store running smoothly, maintaining excellent client service, and ensuring the space is always presentable and operational. While not a leadership role, Specialists are essential to the store's success and represent the brand on the floor every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES + EXPECTATIONS 1. CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment Be knowledgeable about all Clean Market services (IV drips, booster shots, lymphatic massage, etc.) Guide clients through the check-in and check-out process via Zenoti Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and rebooking opportunities (e.g., FTC + Rebook15) Support seamless client flow between services — especially IV + massage 2.
FRONT DESK OPERATIONS
Complete opening and closing tasks using JotForms Handle scheduling, retail sales, and client payments Monitor Zenoti and Slack for updates throughout your shift Offer Manager20 to dissatisfied clients when needed 3.
RETAIL + CLEANLINESS
Keep retail shelves stocked, shoppable, and clean Report low stock and damaged items to Key Holder or Lead Assist with restocking water bottles, backbar items, and other supplies Maintain the appearance of the space, including the lobby, kitchen, and treatment rooms 4.
TREATMENT ROOM SUPPORT
Know how to use leather wipes and proper sanitation practices Help restock back-of-house supplies as needed
