The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation and closing sales Strong problem-solving abilities Time management and organizational skills Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
May involve travel depending on territory Flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission/bonus structure Additional incentives based on performance
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
