Role:

Miller's Touch Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. This role will focus primarily on door-to-door sales and relationship building, along with some cold calling and digital outreach. While some leads will be provided, the ideal candidate will be comfortable actively generating new leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and prospecting. This role will also require an active role in the audit, reorganization, and optimization of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door sales to generate new commercial cleaning clients Present our cleaning service offerings clearly and confidently while highlighting the benefits tailored to each client's needs. Perform cold calls and outreach to potential customers Oversee the overhaul of our HubSpot CRM program to build and improve the company's sales pipeline through Manage and utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, sales activity, and customer relationships Find and follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Support sales efforts through email marketing and social media outreach when needed Travel throughout the Hudson Valley and occasionally to New Jersey and Connecticut Attend local business expos or community events to increase brand visibility and foster relationships.

Requirements:

Experience using HubSpot CRM Previous sales experience Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and cold calling Must be reliable and professional Valid driver's license required Experience in the cleaning industry or commercial cleaning sales is preferred Experience with email marketing or social media marketing is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing sales. Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments, follow-ups, and records. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts. Must speak English (bilingual candidates are a plus)
