Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Membership Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive membership growth and enhance member engagement. In this role, you will actively promote our membership program which offers customers the opportunity to have unlimited access our express car wash offering for 1 low price. Your energy and sales expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages new memberships and fosters long-term relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a positive impact on our community. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable membership options Explain membership benefits clearly and confidently Upsell additional services or products to maximize membership value and meet sales targets Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance Use effective phone etiquette to follow up with prospects and answer inquiries promptly Supervise or assist in training new team members on sales techniques, POS systems, and customer service protocols Experience Prior retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Supervising experience preferred, with the ability to motivate team members and lead by example Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent communication skills in bilingual environments (additional language skills are a plus) Experience conducting product demos, upselling, merchandising, and stock management in a grocery or retail store setting Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and active listening skills Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing our membership community!
