In this position, you'll be responsible for estimating residential and commercial paint and carpentry projects to home owners and property managers throughout Putnam, Duchess, and Westchester Counties as well as into Connecticut. This is an opportunity for you if you are a goal oriented individual with a passion for closing the deal. We will look for you to be involved in our business development, lead generation, and marking programs. You will need to become a significant participant in community building and networking activities. For 90 years, this family-owned organization has set the standard for quality and dependability. This is a career opportunity in a great working environment. Position Responsibilities Manage and grow existing accounts as well as bring in new business within your territory. Will be responsible for generating new business and developing a personal book of business through prospecting and cold calling for approximately 80% of your sales Provide effective business solutions at on-site customer consultations, including estimating our commercial painting services Deliver George Apap-quality customer service with the help of our sales support team.
