- Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service
- Directing customers to the appropriate sales representative or department
- Assisting clients with payments and processing transactions accurately
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients as necessary
- Maintaining organized records and documentation
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Other administrative duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
- A New York State Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
