RESPONSIBILITIES

Generating sales within our established Contractors and Municipalities. Responding to requests from customers for product information. Remaining knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in our customers and competition. Answering phones and waiting on customers at the counter. Supporting Outside Salesmen by entering orders and accessing customer and product information when they are out on the road. The position must accurately process receiving of inventory, periodic inventory counts, and sales, using an AS-400 based (green screen) computer system. Assist with loading customer vehicles/trailers with product as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a can-do spirit and be willing to do the best that you can. Knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, and erosion control products is an asset, but we will also provide on-the-job training. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to build strong customer relationships over the phone and over the counter.
