Job Summary:
Prestige Imports and Pleasantvillei Ford is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, reliable individual to join our talented team. We are seeking someone to grow with our expanding business. Serious applicants only please . Excellent opportunity for someone who can provide a truly exceptional customer contact experience. The BDC Sales Representative is the first person our customers interact with. BDC representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests such as quotes. This job requires customer contact and facilitating and maintaining customer relationships. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are able to accommodate the customer's needs.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, answering phone calls, making appointments, and follow-up. The ideal candidate must able to work with our team, communicate well with our customers, and provide exceptional customer service. Must have a positive attitude. Must be able to reliably and consistantly work assigned schedule. Must provide verifiable references. If needed there are multiple training options including web-based and instructor led are classes available. Opportunity for advancement . Responsibilities :
Answering all incoming calls to the dealership an direct calls to the appropriate department. Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership. Making phone calls to customers after delivery of new vehicle to find out about their experience. Offering customers products via phone, email, text . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions. Following up with customers and setting sales appointments. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and providing them with personalized service. Collaborate with our management team and on a daily basis Provide ongoing support and customer service to customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and all training requirements.
Requirements:
Must have one year or more of Automotive Sale BDC experience. Must have a clear, articulate and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task. Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills a PLUS . Excellent follow-up skills. Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule. Must be dependable and be able to report to work on time every day. Must be able to clearly communicate with management. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a dealership. Strong knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, CDK, CRM Eleads. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
