What You'll Do:

Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch Provide consistent and pleasant communications What You'll Bring Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs High school diploma/GED required Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines What We Offer We offer a competitive benefits package that includes: 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays Vacation Employee negotiated discounts Who We Are Founded in 1923, Turtle is a fourth-generation, family-owned, and three-generation women-owned business, and one of the nation's largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.
