As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts of our company and ensuring customer satisfaction. At Oaks, we believe the path to success is through our people. Inside Sales Representatives who show initiative, exceed their quotas, and display a positive attitude will have the potential to advance to other sales positions. This is an entry level position, but all candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up activities Build a book of business through cold calling/warm calling Build and maintain positive customer relationships Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends Assist the Customer Service team during select periods of time

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Utilize marketing generated leads to create sales opportunities Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of construction industry a plus Compensation for this position is a combination of hourly rate plus bonus structure.
