Duties Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing options, materials, and benefits. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional services or products. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales within the construction or home improvement industry preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals confidently and build trust with clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis. Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, and upselling strategies to enhance revenue streams. Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Ability to cold call prospects, generate leads through various channels, and conduct territory management proactively.
