We're a growing wholesale sign company looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Estimator to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy estimating projects, and have experience in the signage industry (or want to learn), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Generate quotes and estimates for custom sign projects. Manage projects from initial inquiry to completion, coordinating with production teams. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Occasionally make outbound calls to potential clients and visit other sign companies to solicit business. Assist in resolving customer issues and answering questions about products and pricing.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in signage, fabrication, or related industries preferred. Proven sales experience, including inside sales and/or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable estimating costs and managing projects from start to finish. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
