$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: The Office Representative will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing client communications, preparing estimates and invoices, and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This full-time, in-person position requires a proactive individual capable of handling various administrative and sales-related tasks independently within the roofing sales environment. Responsibilities Manage contact information and client records Communicate effectively with clients to support sales efforts Assist in preparing roofing estimates and creating invoices Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients Perform client outreach and support sales meetings Handle assigned tasks promptly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of sales techniques and roofing industry Proficiency with CRM software Strong communication and customer service skills Effective time management and negotiation abilities
