Job Description

Fast Growing Dental Lab is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Dental Laboratory Sales Representative to develop and expand business opportunities with Oral Surgeons, General Dentists, Prosthodontists, Periodontists, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, promoting the laboratory's digital and restorative solutions, and serving as a trusted resource to dental professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business development abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify, prospect, and acquire new dental accounts within the assigned territory. Build relationships with Oral Surgeons, General Dentists, Prosthodontists, Periodontists, and DSOs. Schedule and conduct in-person office visits, lunch-and-learns, educational presentations, and product demonstrations. Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan. Account Management Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase case volume. Serve as the primary point of contact between dental practices and the laboratory. Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal laboratory teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth. Relationship Building Establish long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, treatment coordinators, office managers, and clinical teams. Attend industry events, dental meetings, study clubs, and continuing education programs to increase brand awareness. Represent the laboratory in a professional manner at all times. Reporting & Performance Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, sales calls, and account interactions within the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and territory updates to management. Qualifications Previous dental industry sales experience preferred. Knowledge of dental laboratory procedures, implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, or digital dentistry is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. $57,174.04 - $68,854.76 per year
