In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to internet leads, scheduling appointments, and helping customers connect with our sales team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, text, and email. Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online leads Schedule and confirm sales appointments Follow up with potential customers Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointments and showroom traffic Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships Meet daily and weekly activity goals Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls Basic computer skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
